The City Council Meeting Agenda follows the format below:
Call to Order — The meeting is called to order by the Mayor or Deputy Mayor acting in the Mayor's absence.
Pledge of Allegiance — The audience is invited to join Council members in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Special Business — Presentations are made for guests, awards, board appointments or proclamations.
Public Hearing — By law, some issues require the opportunity for citizen input. Citizens are encouraged to state their support or concern(s) about an issue
New Business — These items have not been previously considered by the Council. Each item is discussed, if needed, and voted on separately.
General Issues and Concerns of Citizens — After the City Council completes the meeting agenda items above, citizens can address the City Council about other issues.
