My name is Kelbi Veenstra. I’m married to Tim Veenstra who is an Associate Pastor at Nappanee Missionary Church. We have a daughter named Charlotte. We’ve lived in Nappanee since 2014, and I’ve lived in Elkhart County my whole life.

I graduated from NorthWood High School in 2011 and I have a BA in Government from Liberty University. After college, I interned for Congresswoman Jackie Walorski in her Washington D.C. office.

I’m honored to serve Nappanee as the City Councilwoman at Large. While I moved away for college, I chose to move back home to Nappanee because I believe it’s the best place to live, work, and raise a family. I desire to continue making Nappanee a place that people want to come home to.
