Public Hearing: Petition #02-25-PLN

The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on October 9, 2025, at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear Petition #02-25-PLN by Sylvia Benjamin of State Farm Insurance and owner representative, Randall Mast of John Mast Construction. The petitioner is requesting Primary Plat Approval for a Minor Subdivision to reconfigure two existing parcels into two new parcels. The properties are located at 905 W. Market Street (Rear) and 859 W. Market Street
in Nappanee, Indiana.

PARCEL ID #20-13-36-401-002.000-021 GEORGE CULP 3RD ADDITION EX N 50FT LOT 1, + PARCEL ID #20-13-36-327-008.000-021

A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, 215 W. Market St., Nappanee, IN 46550. Written objections that are filed with the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, or emailed at tnunemaker@nappanee.in.gov, before the hearing will be considered.

All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City should contact the Office of the City Clerk-Treasurer, 300 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, IN 46550, (574) 773-2112, jknight@nappanee.in.gov as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
