Pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-5, the Nappanee Common Council has modified their meeting schedule for September and October, as described below, for purposes of budget approval. The Common Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 7:00 PM, to hold the public hearing on the 2026 budget. The Common Council has also rescheduled the October 6, 2025, meeting to Monday, October 13, 2025, at 7:00 PM, to provide the required time between the public hearing and final adoption of the 2026 budget. Additionally, the Common Council meeting originally scheduled for October 20, 2025 has been cancelled. The Common Council meets at the Nappanee City Hall, located at 300 W. Lincoln Street. The Public may attend either in-person or virtually. If you would like to attend virtually, please contact the Clerk-Treasurer's Office by 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting.
