Pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-5, the Nappanee Tree Board will meet in special session on Thursday, August 13th, 2026, at 5:00 PM, at City Hall, located at 300 W. Lincoln Street. The meeting has been called to hear the petition of Arkos Design regarding city trees at Nappanee Public Library. The public may attend either in-person or virtually via Google Meet. If you would like to attend either in-person or via Google Meet, please contact the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office by 1:00 PM on August 12th.
The Tree Board meets on the 1st Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m.at City Hall.
The public is invited to attend all Tree Board meetings. If you wish to attend, please contact a representative at City Hall to confirm that a meeting will be held. There are instances where there are no petitions and meetings do not take place. Items of business to be placed on the Tree Board agenda must be in by noon the Monday prior to the meeting.
The following order of business shall be followed at a Tree Board meeting:
- Call to order
- Roll call by Tree Board Liaison
- Meeting minutes and approval
- Petitions or comments of citizens
- Unfinished business
- New Business
