The Plan Commission meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m.at City Hall.

The Plan Commission plays a key role in managing Nappanee’s growth and development. It assists the City Council in creating and updating City Ordinances, the Comprehensive Plan, the Thoroughfare Plan, and other long-term plans related to housing, transportation, parks, neighborhoods, commercial development, and public facilities. The commission consists of 7 voting members.
