The Redevelopment Commission meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 a.m.at City Hall.

This board is responsible for approving projects that improve aging buildings, revitalize vacant land, and support reinvestment in underused areas of the city. The commission works to ensure that redevelopment efforts are funded through special benefit taxes in ways that positively impact all taxable property within Nappanee.
