The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.at City Hall.

A subset of Planning Commissioners, appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council, serve on this board. The Board of Zoning Appeals is responsible for hearing and deciding appeals related to zoning and development requirements, as well as reviewing applications for variances.

Please contact City Hall at 574-773-2112 to confirm if a meeting will be held, as meetings only take place when there are active appeals or applications.
