The public is invited to attend all Tree Board meetings. If you wish to attend, please contact a representative at City Hall to confirm that a meeting will be held. There are instances where there are no petitions and meetings do not take place.
Items of business to be placed on the Tree Board agenda must be in by noon the Monday prior to the meeting.
The following order of business shall be followed at a Tree Board meeting:
- Call to order
- Roll call by Tree Board Liaison
- Meeting minutes and approval
- Petitions or comments of citizens
- Unfinished business
- New Business
